Terms of sale: Wojciech Kobylko

The seller is Wojciech Kobylko, 14 Warburton Road Poole BH17 8SF, tax ID: 6266145705, e-mail: w.kobylko@hotmail.com.

The seller sells as a business. A consumer buyer has the full statutory consumer rights.

The contract of sale is made directly between the buyer and the seller. Banknotio is only the service where the listing was published and is not a party to the contract.

The items sold are collectable banknotes as described in the listing. Each item is unique.

The seller is responsible for the accuracy of the description, photos and grading.

Condition is stated on the Polish 1 to 6 scale, where 1 means uncirculated. Grading is inherently subjective.

An order is placed by adding banknotes to the basket and completing the form. The contract is concluded when the order is confirmed.

Ordered banknotes are reserved for 72 hours. If payment does not arrive by then, they return to sale.

The buyer receives a confirmation with the order number, payment details and the seller's details by e-mail.

Payment is by bank transfer directly to the seller's account: 75291000060000000002369030 (SWIFT/BIC: REVOGB21). Please quote the order number.

Banknotio does not handle the payment. The money does not pass through the service and is not held by it. It goes straight to the seller.

The seller starts fulfilling the order once payment has cleared.

Shipping costs 15 zł. Orders from 500 zł ship free.

The seller ships within the time stated in the listing or agreed in correspondence, counted from cleared payment.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer on dispatch, unless the law provides otherwise.

A consumer buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel, without giving a reason.

Send the withdrawal notice to the seller's e-mail address in section 1. Return the banknote promptly, no later than 14 days after.

The seller refunds the price and the cost of the cheapest offered shipping within 14 days of receiving the notice. The buyer pays the return postage.

Send complaints to the seller at w.kobylko@hotmail.com, quoting the order number and describing the problem.

The seller is liable for goods not conforming to the contract under the applicable rules. Complaints are handled within 14 days.

Do not send complaints to Banknotio. The service is not a party to the contract and does not handle complaints about goods.

A listing that raises doubts about authenticity or legality can be reported to Banknotio. A report does not replace a complaint to the seller.

The data is processed to fulfil the order, settle it and handle any complaints.
